Welcome back. In this third and last section, we will look at the times and see if they are really as important as we think and also what to do when you reach your goal.
Remember we set dates next to each step on our map? I often asked: "What happens if I miss some of my dates? Should I give up?"
Absolutely not! Just because things moved, there's certainly no reason to tell you to go on. Here is a thing; When you set the day first, you were guessing to a certain extent. You were not sure it would take you for so long, or less or more, you just estimate. So what if you have a little wrong? The most important thing is that you came to the next level, not that you were two days late.
Do not use the date as an excuse, or start telling you you will not. Remember, though, if it takes you a year to accomplish what you should have done a week then you'll need to look at the focus again.
Also, remember that if your date moves back, you can choose to go a little faster to get back on schedule or you have the right to adjust the card so that all future dates will be longer with the same amount. It's not a crime; It's just like throwing traffic on your journey. You can either hurry a lot and stop losing your license, or you can take it slower and still get there, relax and in one piece.
Now a big day has come. You've taken all the steps you've focused on, you've been following your progress, you've given you a little prize and you've done it. You can run up five points of the ladder and improve in three minutes. What now?
First, give a big pat on your back, get a good prize – and I do not mean the last cigarette. I mean, what about buying a promotion with some of the money you do not spend on tobacco and finally set yourself a new goal.
Now you can run five flights of the ladder, why not run a marathon; why not look at your diet – could you eat less and more healthy? What other changes do you want to make in your life? Now you know how to do what you can set goals to accomplish all.
Good luck – you are a star !!
