Five qualities of good marks

The goal is important. The goal is like the destination of your trip. We need a destination so we can look at the map. See where we want to go. Look at the direction we need to go. Estimate our time until we reach our destination. Check the compass to see where we should actually go and start walking until we're there. The steps are not much different from what we usually do in everyday life. We need to know the destination before we get into our car and drive.

The chance that we hit what we want is less than none. We will not get what we want if we do not have clear and precise goals. Here are five characteristics of the field that must be considered before the goal is taken. These features are mentioned long ago in the management teams in the MBA-era. This is called SMART target configuration process. SMART is an acronym for the real qualities we need in our goals. The SMART goals are:

1. Special: We need to set the goal that is special and clear. Our goal must be specific, that we really know where we need to go. Clarity of the goal is as important as the destination on the map when we get lost in the dessert. The chances of losing our life in the dessert are very high if we do not know exactly where we should go to get out. The expert said it without aiming for the dessert and you lost. If you continue to walk, you will eventually come back to where you start. This stems only because you are left or right. Your footing will be in the same pattern. You will be better at one leg than the other. It will only lead to a few errors in your running. And if you walk long enough, the deviation will bring you back to the beginning. Therefore, every time you decide to set your goal, think about the image of you who is lost in the dessert. You must not handle the target easily if you see this image. You must be clear enough to achieve your goal so that you will not necessarily lead you.

2. Measurable: The goal is to measure. To evaluate our progress, we need some figures to compare with what we plan. If you want money, do not just write goals that you need money. Indicate the amount you want and the time. Make your goals measurable. You must know if you need to change anything about your actions while on the move.

3. Achievable: The goal that is not achieved can not lead the person to an incentive situation. A lot of people set goals and think the higher the goal is, the more they reach. This is not true if the goals are not achieved. The brain will immediately reject the target when it appears because you will not believe you can do it through.

4. Realistic: We must be honest with ourselves on goals. Do you want to be double or triple earnings while you spend the most time playing golf can not be realistic. If the goal is not realistic, your brain will immediately reject it again. Make sure your goal is reasonable for you and your action.

5. Time Tied: Time is the only resource that everyone has the same. This precious resource will mean your success or mistake. The plan that has no timeframe can not be reached because people tend to postpone. If you have not deferred, the likelihood of postponing your activity for a long time is very high. When the time is tied, you know that you have to commit to your activities. You will not overlook your action since you know that time is relevant to your success.

The goal is a precious process for success. We must understand the nature of a good goal so that we can actually explain our goals. The five features of the goal here will create your understanding of the importance of explaining your goals and accelerating your success.
