Goal Setting – Three to Keep You Away

You've set your goals, chart your way and start by changing your life. But what happens when the solution starts to collapse? How to deal with shock and sometimes, how do you just go when you feel like you've achieved minimal progress?

Here are three R & D to keep you on track.

R number 1 is under review. We are often told to have our eyes focused on our goals and not to look back, but this is once when looking back can be positive useful. This is not like looking back that takes your feelings back into what you do not like to remember, though. This is to look back on what you have achieved, since you started working on your goal.

A few years ago, I realized that I could no longer count on my body's workout to keep me clean and when I noticed the effects of age, I fell and when my clothes did not fit so well; I set a goal to fit, become a regular gym goer and be able to drive 5 miles without dye more often.

I worked with great enthusiasm and pushed my heart for the first few weeks. Then I started finding it harder to encourage me to get out of the way in the morning and I was excused about not going to the gym.

But the time with friends encouraged me to look back over what I had achieved so far. I realized that not only could I run almost two miles without an ambulance but I had already increased the weight twice in the gym and my restrail had dropped 5 beats per minute. I began to appreciate my efforts to pay.

R Number 2 is for joy. In addition to reviewing, it is important to thank you for a well-earned job. As George Adams once said, "We are all starving for applause." And it's just as valid, even if you have to pat yourself.

Suddenly after my opinion, I felt better about what I had achieved with my own efforts. I could see what benefits I already had the shock and I was happy to continue.

I took deliberate steps in the performance process, smiled at me in the mirror and in the evening with friends, I felt perfectly justified looking forward to a little bit of bragging. That was good.

R Number 3 is for awards. Finally, as part of your goals, it's a good idea to build on certain larger destinations that will generate wages.

After reaching 2.5 mils and certain weights and repetitions in the gym, I had told myself that I would buy a driving machine so that when the winter came and I could not drive so often, I could still follow the rule.

Well, I came there and it was a great feeling when I went to the store and ordered my machine. Sure, I might have invited me to buy one when I started, but in this way I really felt like I would have done it and it made me appreciate it more.
