Confirmation is a positive word that we tell ourselves to create a new reality. Many people think that by repeating a positive statement over and over again it should appear. Often this is not the case. Here's how you can make your confirmation really work for you.
The problem of affirmation is that they are often too exaggerated for the conscious mind to believe. For example, you can repeat yourself, "I'm a millionaire", over and over again, but if you're still unemployed, debt and difficulty, it does not matter how often you say this to yourself. You will never truly believe it.
A better way of verifying confirmation is using a popular tool by Abraham-Hicks, called the focus wheel. With the focus bike method, you will facilitate your way into your ultimate confirmation.
Draw a circle and create 12 aliens about it like the numbers on a clock. In the middle of the circle write your thoughts. Using our example would you write "I'm a millionaire." Now you start with number one, write a statement you know is right now, such as "the universe has infinite abundance." Your other statement will be a bit more accurate for you, such as, "I'm open to this infinite abundance." Follow this with statements like "many are millionaires, there are infinite sources that I can become millionaire, I'm now allowing all sources to become a millionaire in my life."
The idea is to make statements you know are true to you now. After building each statement, your ideology should sound like a logical next step. It should now seem credible.
Try to use this method whenever you want to change the reality of your life. It is very powerful and you only have to do it once.
