The Core Documents Every Life Coach needs to prove what they say they can produce

The three core documents of every coach must prove what they say they can produce the emotional list for the adult emotional list for ages 7-17 and a workbook that literally puts the subconscious mind on paper so you can start managing the control of you. These documents have set a certain standard where all other coaches are measured. This is an ongoing effort to standardize the industry. A standard can only be configured if you have an infrastructure to measure the results you think you can produce and that is the purpose of these documents.

The Emotional Checklist for Adults used in Medifast clinical trials, administered by RJ Koval, MD, showed that customers experience 55.7% depression, 77.8% increase in diet control, 25.3% Improvement in communication satisfaction and 44.6% increase in encouragement over a five-day period.

The first question that every coach, counselor, psychologist or teacher must be able to answer is: "What determines human behavior?" How can you help someone move on if you do not necessarily know what's going on? Anyone who does their business to help others with life problems must begin with a clear definition of this question. After this question is clearly answered, you need to have a way to measure what you are doing.

Every certified coach will be skilled to use the structure of these documents to guide people through the process of recognizing, opening and changing subconscious programming that simply does not work. In the future, all coaches will have to prove what they say they can produce. The following are the absolute documents used to do this.

o The Emotional Checklist for Adults – Establishes a Basic Measurement for Adult Emotion; recommends unconscious understanding and relationship satisfaction.

o The Emotional Checklist for ages 7-17 – Establishes a baseline measurement for emotional well-being and is a way to monitor the progress of emotional state. You will never be able to stop child abuse by adults. What you can do is strengthen your child to take control of your subconscious so that abuse can not adversely affect the rest of your life. There is no better way to protect a child to make them independent thinkers.

o Lifelong Learning List – After the initial standard has been established for your emotional position, you legally put your subconscious mind on paper and begin to take control of emotional state and behavior.

If you do not know how subconscious works, you're guessing how to help your customers. The subconscious expires approximately four times faster than you can speak. Therefore, it's important that you understand not just how the subconscious works but also how to control it. If you do not know how the subconscious works, you'll always have to fight a new goal, especially if it's a contradiction in the subconscious mind. In other words, if you are not running the subconscious mind, the subconscious mind is driving you.
