Two stage leadership – "Large image" and "Project"

The lead role is performed on two related levels: macros and arrows. The macro role can affect many individuals and is what the business can be. The leader begins with a vision of a future environment where the company will work, or how it will be interdependent – the "big picture". The micro role is a bone and supportive, and is about accomplishing tasks through followers within the framework of the big picture. The micro role is a relationship builder. Whether at macroeconomic or short-term level, it's important that leaders convey clear policy statements so that followers know what to expect and what is expected.

Macro leadership:

The diversity management level is transformation – affecting followers' results, whether they are individuals or teams, by changing their aspirations, wants and needs, goals and goals. It confirms common values, tasks, vision and learning.

Visions have external and internal components. The outer part is that community (local to international) may be due to the company's business and the products and / or services it offers. The internal section describes how the company can become an employee, customer, supplier and investor in constituencies. "Being the best place to work," "the easiest business to trade with" and "Excellence for common purposes" are typical internal visions.

If transformation leaders succeed, the change is prominent on large-scale objects. Transformational change should be significant, if not magnificent, as the company stands for itself within communities and builds relationships with constituencies. However, not only is the environment changing. Both leaders and followers change in themselves as a result of the transformation experience. Once goals and goals are reached, followers are better equipped to change future changes. The leader can re-opportunity, giving a lead role to the follower to continue and allows others to assume a role role elsewhere.

The main role of leadership is strategic orientation in nature because it affects the overall position and position of the company and affects groups of factors. However, the leader must play the role of a small leadership, even as leaders of leaders, because transformation can only be achieved through a project.

Micro leadership:

Great leadership level is business-oriented: an event or state involving leaders and followers. The leader is based on the relationship with the follower to accomplish certain tasks. The escort can be a member of a group or individual contribution.

Business executives are either empowered or sponsored. Power-centric leaders use a management and monitoring approach, where the results are delivered for awards, or another is punished. While this approach can achieve goals and goals, it does not develop new leaders effectively. "Governors" tend to control, pass forward and criticize mistakes others make.

On the other hand, leaders lead leaders by moving from live to support based on the commitments and abilities of followers and their trust.

The Union begins similarly with a stronger approach, where the leader is a directive. To this end, the management and supervisor leader, set goals and goals, and give instructions on how the project should be performed.

While they can be committed, the follower can question their ability, which can affect their self-esteem. If their doubts continue, their commitment can affect the negative impact. It is the responsibility of leaders to gain access to the commitment, abilities and, consequently, the trust of the follower and adjust the relationship accordingly. If the follower is less qualified or safe, then the leader remains a directive; if the follower is more bearable and safer, the leader becomes a sponsor. As such, the follower follows more control over communication. As the follower learns from their experience, their ability to grow and their confidence grows and their commitment is positive.

Sometimes the follower gets enough experience as the responsibility is fully hidden with confidence from the leader. Thus, the follower sets his goals and goals and is responsible for the leader for his performance.

If a follower misses a commitment because they do not have a talent, they might be better off to take part elsewhere.

High leadership is tactical by nature because it deals with the behavior of the follower and their mission. However, as the follower develops experience, they have made more responsibility.

Businesses can not grow and keep on going without developing future leaders.

Diversity and Heroism is a talented introduction (entrepreneurship, leadership and management).
