Verifications – Anxiety and panic

The use of authentication can be a very powerful tool. You can use it in many areas of your life to achieve certain goals and to totally influence the way you want to feel. Use of verification can reflect the world you want to live in.

If you are not sure what authentication is, I will explain this now. Confirmation is a statement that you repeat to yourself again and again until it reaches your subconscious and becomes a religion.

This is what you do. You can either write down your confirmation or you can only do one thing in your head. Think of something you really want to achieve, or something you really want to feel.

What matters when you confirm is that the words you use are positive words and they reflect the present, not the future. It does not matter if you believe your confirmation or not, because the main goal is to believe in it in time. It will be your faith!

The words you want to avoid when making confirmation include: anxiety (I know this is what you are trying to get rid of, but anxiety is a negative word and a negative feeling, you do not need to remind yourself).

Mostly when the first syllabus becomes compelled to make its statement like this: I am no longer anxious. This is a big no no! I do not repeat DO NOT put any negative sentences in your confirmation. If you do this it will be injured.

All confirmations must be short and direct to the point. Do not put big long words in your confirmation. This will only clutter and confuse your mind and take much longer to work.

I strongly recommend concentrating on one confirmation at a time until you get these results. Some people might disagree with me about this. But I can only use one at a time to succeed.

It is very important that you repeat your confirmation as often as possible. I usually repeat my head a hundred times a day.

Perseverance is also very important. You can not get results immediately, but do not give up on it. Stand by it, the results will be worth a long time.

Here's an example of confirmation that you can use if you suffer from anxiety and panic.

I'm strong, I'm well, I'm happy.
