As a lifeguard specializing in self-esteem by setting goals, I have been asked this question more often than I am about to mention.
Life training will mean many different things for many other people, and in my opinion.
Like most things in this life, you'll only find what you're ready to put in.
Life is definitely not for everyone, although it is said that the benefits of training for the right people are endless.
I will give you my definition of what I think life training is; and remember that there are no correct or false answers, a little training humor 🙂
Training is a way for someone to rid the negative patterns of behavior and self-esteem that they have gathered over time and for They to transform themselves from those who they are now the one they really want to be.
This enables them to realize their true potential and be, do and have all they want in this life.
The transformation is achieved by supporting and managing the client in a nonjudgmental and motivating environment. The client has the power of specific methods that have rooted, psychology, philosophy, sociology and personal development.
Finally, training is a thoughtful approach to personal development that enables the client to continue his life and make certain lasting changes for the better in every area of life.
That's what life training means to me, what does it mean to you?
