What is training?

There are no rules, but you need to know them

I'm somewhat surprised by the belief that training has value, but we do not know what this value is and we do not know how to measure it.

Is this bad or not?

Style has no value and can not be measured, but it makes the owner more attractive.

Are you trying to make our organizations more attractive by providing training or are we trying to make our organizations more efficient.

If the latter we need to be able to demonstrate the return on investment, if the former we do not.

I'm just a little uncomfortable with the idea that we keep using training without being sure why we're doing it. It is unclear feeling that it adds to the value of the individual but at the same time not enough value to make a measurable difference.

From aesthetic point of view, this can mean that values, such as styles, can not be customary, but from the perspective of an accountant or engineer, if value added can not be estimated. Only one result.

No value has been added.

If this is the case, it will be difficult to justify the investment of resources in something that does not matter.

As most companies are not driven by aesthetic circumstances, we must ask why we continue with a policy that does not provide measurable understanding.

Training is a familiar word that we accept without further talent because we think we know what it means.

The context where this word is familiar is the sports hall, not the business area where we use it now.

So what is training?

We have a somewhat advanced idea when we work sports coaches.

The coach takes a childish athlete and allows the athlete to realize the full body of his body.
The athlete is already fit and strong. The coach emphasizes, technology and energy when preparing a body that enables an athlete to improve.

This idea really means in the business area where the leader / manager, with training, is managed and supported by a new focus, a new understanding of personal efficiency and actual power.

The above repeats the athlete's familiar counterpart who, with training, can achieve his full potential.

However, the model meets the needs of professionals who find themselves in a state-of-the-art state without leadership or leadership.

Throughout his work, he has used his skill with familiar tools (as he was introduced while studying) to produce the results for which he is paid.
His presentation in management mode now places him on a place where he is not allowed to use his old familiar tools.
He is placed in this position and is expected to produce performance with respect to performance, without training or experience to indicate how he could do it.

Equal state is the man on the street who finds himself to be an athlete of an athlete. He does not even speak the same language.

There is no reason why the second man can not be as enthusiastic and effective as first, but it is true that some work is necessary to achieve the same level.

As for the sporting relationship, the athlete would usually not entertain the man who came out of the street.
Before he could be in a training session, there must be a lot of investment in time and effort to get John Doe to a level where his performance could be driven by training rather than increased fitness.

Business Coaches, however, often do not feel comfortable with the choice of people or the level they are trained before they meet.

Undergraduate is a person who first wants to know what authentication means before he can take into account the importance of the term and start thinking about a strategy to implement it in the workplace.

The words Training and the first narrow definition of the word do not focus on teaching, training, and instructions that need to take place first to prepare John Doe for one in one training session.

Without a foundation, preparation and education, we can not get that relationship.

Higher Skills:

o Teaching.

The Soft Skills:

Mainly for business athlete

o Instructions.

o Simplification.

o Support.

In practical situations, there will always be overlap between two groups, but by ensuring that hard skills are available, the Minister of Commerce can optimize their use and evaluate the results generated by the training.

Because these difficult skills are not available, or have been neglected, it will be very difficult for coaches or customers to analyze the return on investment.
