Sometimes we do not take time to get to know ourselves or consider the direction we are taking – we are too busy with the demands of daily life …
Do you answer the following questions? If not now, it's time to step back and check the direction and priorities. What are your long-term goals? What is most important to you in life? What is the most important thing in your relationship? What direction is your career?
If you are not yet sure about the answers to these questions, the following ideas might be a useful starting point. They can also help you identify the areas that are working well and those that needed to be edited may need.
List five aspects of life that you like the most and feel most adequate.
List five aspects of life that you do not like – because because they stop doing things that are very important to you.
You could list a large part here, or it could be a small part. Sometimes everyday things can be the most important, and at the same time, it can be small things that cause us the greatest stress. As the following exercise explains …
Have you ever watched TV shows that you did not use, simply set it up because the batteries at the far end have expired and you can not bother going up and running to the TV to change it. This way you can tolerate an application that you do not like. Many aspects of life can be like this. We can withstand what we do not like, simply because it's easier. But all of this empties our energy and means that we can not put things that we really use. They reduce the daily quality of our lives.
Make a list of twenty things you can withstand your life now. This can be a big thing or very little "niggles", but they sew all your energy.  Here are a few examples to begin:
- Job you do not like
- bedroom of messy children
- dirty refrigerator
- mate not listening to you
- park full of weeds
- Rooms Needed To Paint
- Dead Plants
- Friends or Families That Take You Of Course.
Take a moment to consider what your life would be like, your endurance would not exist. How would you benefit from it? Check your first, immediate response. Now go back to your list and ask for each item: what do I get by installing this?
When you know life would be better if you did not support this particular energy, ask yourself what's stopping you to deal with it? Get the root of the problem and you will be able to solve the problem.
Difference Between Dreams and Purposes
Dreams tend to be blurred and inaccurate. To make the dream a goal, customers need to decide on two things – how much and anytime!
For example, Heather's dream is to be slim, healthy and happy with her appearance. Its goals are determined to include: weighing 185 pounds at 6:00 on Tuesday, May 16, 2006.
Here is another example:
The dream – living in a beautiful house in the country with large garden and stream.
The purpose – To have a house with five bedrooms and a garden of at least 1 hectare and a stream that passes through it, looking over rolling countryside, within 2 hours of London, at 17:00 on April 1 2008.
Dream is a goal without a leg. It's wonderful to have, can guide you in the passion of your life, but unless you explain it and set your feet to go towards you, it's going to be a very big matter of luck.
To transform a dream into an accomplished goal, you must clarify it, provide information, make it clear that you see it, feel it, know what you will feel like when you get there. This works for you in many ways.

Once you have decided your goal, the next step is to clarify and make them specific. To do this write scripts for each goal like writing out a detailed work order. This should contain all possible details.
For example, if you want a particular house, write down its peculiarities in bright, colorful detail – the location, size and appearance of the yard and surrounding area, interior decoration – furniture, artwork, sound system, etc. If you can find a picture of the house you are looking for, or the interior you want, cut them out and put them with your description. They will make your vision even stronger and more efficient.
You also need to set the date you want to achieve each goal. This is a step-by-step message to the subconscious saying it needs to work and when it needs to happen.
Write big goals for you, as well as goals that you can achieve in the short term. It's important to have many goals that require us to grow to reach them – maybe to learn new skills or build new relationships. You may find discomfort with big goals because they are so far out of the comfort area, but this is an important task that helps you achieve your full potential.
Most goals are somewhat small (although they may be important to you at the time) but the breakthrough goals are huge because they represent a dose increase in your life. For example, for a struggling author who has never seen her work in print, the breakthrough goal will be to see her name in line for the first time.
Revolutionary goals are lifelike, they get you in front of the right people and take you to a higher level.
Another name for the protest is HUGGS (Huge, Incredibly Great Goal). HUGG have the following characteristics:
HUGG can be used to shape your life, because it is long-term and consistent with your core values. HUGG often has an "element". If you do not recognize it, it hurts, which makes them inspiring. They often have an edge to them, such as deadlines or situations.
Most Powerful HUGG often takes away the elements of your life. Sometimes, the biggest leverage does not come from doing things to accomplish them, but quitting things that are in your way.

Each of us will be able to define our own ideas. They do not seem to seem big and important to the world as a whole, the most important thing is how they seem to us.
