If you have certain goals you want to pursue, your next step is to add metrics. If you are not sure that your goal meets specific criteria, then a brief summary.
Specific goals are one that gives you a clear indication of exactly what you need to do to achieve your goal. For example, if you want to lose weight and use it as a goal, go to the question of how you will lose weight. However, if you say you will cut out with fast food for lunch or you'll let go of the ice cream bowl, you have not only a special field of action but you're definitely losing weight.
Once you have determined a certain goal to pursue the next item you want to add to your goal is a measure. Measurement is nothing but an act or method of measure to compare the actual performance (actual performance you get when you pursue your goal) with the prospects (progress you say you want to succeed). Measurements are usually expressed in terms of frequency or duration of behavior for tactile and pronounced behavior. For less tangible behavior, estimates are sometimes used. For example, if you work with emotions or other unacceptable emotions, you can use the grade center. An important part is that you provide the number system with centralized behavior so that you can evaluate your success. The measurable system makes it easy to measure your progress relative to you, and if you work with employee goals to help them improve in the chosen areas, an objective system for measuring progress is easier to understand and make little room for misinterpreting relevant parties.
Before adding a metric, it's best to start with the initial value. Baseline is an expression of how often your goal is to participate in it before you start pursuing your goals. For example, if you are going to cut out fast food for lunch, you want to keep in mind how often you have fast food for lunch. If you want to reduce office negligence, you want to know what the current dose limit is before you begin to avoid corrective actions. Getting initial information is the first thing you do as described in Step 1 Awareness in three steps for changing your habits.
Once you've found baseline, you can then assign the tracking criteria. Keep it simple. It does not have to cover it. You want to make sure your goal is right without making it challenging but not reducing. Make sure that your goal is truly close will be discussed in the next goal agreement.
