    Living at work is important to living a good life. For many, this may seem rather fundamental, if not basic, statement. However, while the financial aspect of the job is important, things are far more important than this. Indeed, jobs play an essential role in the mental and physical health of the community.

    Being out of work for a long time is incredibly harmful to one's health; be responsible for the development of many diseases. Stress and depression are generally associated with the unemployed, of course, but that goes a lot further than this.

    An integral part of being a worthy and reputable member is having good social skills. Although this is actually developed through childhood, it is necessary to maintain them. as it is with other things human beings do. As such, being away from communicating with other people for a long time is seriously reducing one's social abilities.

    The result of this is that people lose touch with what is happening in the world; lose touch with their friends and family members and not talk to strangers every day. The effects of this are far from that; enabling people to withdraw from society and, consequently, more likely to do well in an interview, thereby creating an ever-worsening vicious circle.

    Those who develop such mental illnesses are more likely to continue developing physical problems. Often, this is due to decreasing hygiene standards that cause weaknesses in the immune system and the development of viruses and infections. That these people are unlikely to consult with the doctor too, the compounds matter.

    While people with work are likely to be healthier, things are not simple navigation. Indeed, for those who are working in the position they passionately do not enjoy, their mental health will also be negative. In some cases, the effect may be worse than not having work at all.

    However, understanding what creates good jobs compared to bad jobs is very prominent. At least for those who are working, they are in a better position to look for something better than they already have. Those who are not in work may need to accept a job offer that is not really for them, of course, which over time could only serve to make mental and health conditions worse.
